Australian Shipping
All orders are dispatched from Brisbane Bayside, Queensland. Australia.
Thread Candy offers Free shipping on all orders over $40. Thread Candy also offers free express on most orders over $150, with some exceptions.
For orders under $40 the following rates apply.
- Orders under $25 shipping will cost $9.95.
- Orders under $40 and over $25 shipping will cost $6.50.
- All orders will be tracked and have insurance attached.
- Fabric samples shipping will cost a flat rate of $5.00 and will be untracked.
Thread Candy usually ships within 1-3 business days depending upon stock availability. 90% of all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
For cushions with piping we generally allow up to 5 days to manufacture. For Custom orders we will allow up to 2 weeks to manufacture. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order you will be advised.
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
International Shipping
Thread Candy ships our products to all parts of the world.
Thread Candy also offers flat rate shipping to the following countries.
- New Zealand Shipping is $13.00
- USA shipping is $16.00
- Canada shipping is $18.00
- Singapore shipping is $18.00
- Hong Kong shipping is $25.00
- Rest of the World Shipping will vary, please contact us for specific rates.
Thread Candy also offer express shipping international to certain countries.
Please note Thread Candy does not ship inserts international as they are super expensive to post.
Customs Charges and Duties
International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs or duty charges. Thread Candy has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
